Staff survey
The staff survey is invaluable in informing the people experience at Solent; we continue to listen to feedback from our staff and are working hard to keep exploring ways to continually improve our people experience here at Solent.
Solent Voice
Solent Voice – our all-staff forum – was introduced in response to feedback from our 2016 staff survey. Staff highlighted a need for better communication around the University, as well as an improvement in the way we manage change. Solent Voice gives staff the opportunity to share ideas, seek feedback, and work with different areas from across the organisation, helping to improve the people experience at Solent.
