Senior Service Desk Analyst
This post offers an exciting opportunity to become a member of the University’s IT department.
This is a fixed term post working with the IT service desk and endpoint team, the role involves assisting in the day to day running of IT operations at the University.
This will include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, managing support tickets, enhancing the knowledgebase and supporting the service desk team staff both technically and in their professional development activities.
The successful candidate will have experience of supporting Windows and Apple desktops and laptops, ITSM ticketing systems and problem solving. They will have excellent customer service skills and be ready to support the Service Delivery Team Leader in both project and day to day activities.
