We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on the Sports Therapy Laboratories and the onsite injury clinic. This role is integral to the smooth operation and success of our educational programs, providing essential technical support to both academic staff and students.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all laboratory and clinic equipment is functioning optimally. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and facilitating the use of specialized equipment during practical sessions. Your expertise will be crucial in creating a seamless and efficient learning environment.
In addition to technical support, you will manage the inventory of kits and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for student use. This involves coordinating the procurement, storage, and distribution of equipment, as well as maintaining accurate records of inventory. Your organizational skills will ensure that students have access to the resources they need for their studies and additional learning opportunities.
Furthermore, you will oversee the daily operations of the Sports Therapy Laboratories and the onsite injury clinic, maintaining high standards of safety and functionality. By supporting extracurricular activities, workshops, and special projects, you will play a key role in enhancing the student learning experience. Your collaboration with academic staff will help identify and implement new initiatives that benefit our students.
